what are the threads sizes, both in & out

The plate is designed to have 15 mm pipe running through it so you can align you shower to the correct distance between the hot and cold. It also supports the shower. The thread size on the fittings supplied is 3/4 BSP which you can use to fit a bar shower. There is no other thread that you can connect to , you need to put 15 mm pipe in the sower plate and connect to that from the rear with your own 15mm fittings.
