Great job sound cancelling. I listened to my playback recorded in a very noisy room & only heard myself. A+++++ Update: I attended a phone conference while at my position in a busy & noisy dispatch center. Didn’t have to mute when not talking because the background noise was blocked. Shocked & amazed.

The headset works perfect. Easy to install and use. However, be aware that it doesn't come with connection to the computer; this wasn't clear from the description when I ordered it.

After buying and using retail store headsets for years, I finally found a link to this commercial grade quality headset and gave it a try. Yes, it is more expensive than the off-the-shelf variety you can find in Office Depot, Best Buy and the like. But, it's not that much more expensive, and the quality you get is not comparable!! In fact, from a monetary perspective, the amount I've spent in these retail stores the last couple years trying to find a decent headset is MORE than I spent on this single commercial grade headset. Works like a champ, well worth the higher initial price point.

Great headphones. Sound great and the price is reasonable. Packaging was appropriate and it was delivered on time. Be aware, however, that you probably have to buy the adapter. Once i got that these comfortable headphones worked great. I would buy again from this seller.

I ordered these headsets for my employees to be able to work from him and specifically looked for usb connection and found these based on the price seemed like a great deal. Once they arrived and I saw they did not come with the usb connection I see why the price was so cheap.

We bought these for our office to replace an older model headet, sound quality on these is great, wouldn't call them noise cancelling per say. The build of the 510s are quite flimsy have had to already replace more than a handful of these that just seem to snap in half even with the most careful of users.

We have had these for a few months now. So far they have worked flawlessly. I wish the quick connect was a little easier to remove. Maybe it is just the set that I have, but I find it easier to just unplug the headset from the phone instead of using the quick connect. Otherwise great product so far.

Sound quality is OK. Not like my older Plantronics.

It has good audio quality and captures the voice clearly! Comes with a Quick Disconnect cable which is helpful. For short periods I think it would be fine. But I work 12 hour shifts and I found the foam on the ear wasn’t soft enough and the clamp of the head was a bit tight so for long shifts it became uncomfortable and started to give me a headache. I found my ear aching in the cartilage after a few hours. Everyone is different so it may fit you better but I opted for a different model in the end. Purely for comfort reasons.
