It's Just - Yeast Flakes, Nutritional Yeast, Premium Fortified w/Vitamin B, Nooch, Vegan Cheese Substitute (8 Ounces)

I have had a really hard time finding these and I was so happy to find these!This is my second order. Great product!

These are my favorite Yeast flakes. They're so light and they have a nice crunch yet they melt in your mouth. I have tried other brands and was not a fan of the bitter aftertaste but, these do not have that bitter aftertaste. I eat these by the spoonful for vitamin b, but I have also used them as a seasoning on sauteed tofu and veggies. Im a happy repeat customer.

You get tired of the taste quick but PROTIEN so yay.

I am trying to cut back on saturated fat, carbs and calories. From everything I have read, this is a healthy nutritional supplement. It doesn't have much flavor, but there is "essence" of cheese flavor when sprinkled on air popped popcorn. I have sprinkled it in soup with no flavor change. I am having a hard time imagining it in food that is on the sweeter side - like yogurt, smoothies, etc. because of the slightly cheesy flavor. It is so expensive that I use it very sparingly. I'll probably keep using it because it makes me "think" healthy.

I love this product this one is a different brand however it taste fantastic just like the other brand and I sprinkle it on almost every when I remember 😋 too lol. This is a great value for my money and my health.

If you try to make a cheese sauce you will more likely have a bechamel. There is a slight nutty or buttery flavor profile but I wouldn't recommend for cheese flavoring.
