Not sure why it's not available for you, but normally, if you go into your Orders, on the right side, there should be a "Return or replace items" that you can click on to start the process. Sometimes, options are different on the phone and on the computer browser.

Q: Best way to clean canvas prints?

For my canvas prints I would use a soft damp cloth and wipe off. Not harshly or use chemicals, this could cause damage to the prints. You can use a feather duster as well to keep dust off them
