Q: Can it be used to increase upper back flexibility, with the goal of eventually being able to do a bridge?

I ordered the full wheel which is a lot on my back. I can do a bridge with a block under my head. I ordered the half wheel which works better for me .

Q: What size is it medium?i would like t o buy the 10’
