Comfortable to wear
I use it to replace my NHS ones. The NHS were external and can only be adjusted by the audiology department. Since Covid and wearing facemasks I lost them easily when taken the face mask off as it wrapped round them. They also used to fly off when you (I) started sweating and used to dangle next you your face. To replace them is a marathon and cost £75. (because they also have to make new moulds etc.) and access with Covid is not possible and if you don't send them recorded, nobody acts on them and they're lost. These are a snip at compared. I had reservations as I could never keep anything in my right ear without it popping out. These come with a few different size plugs. I was lucky and the one already on it fitted perfectly in both ears.Fitting: it fits perfect and you can't feel that they're in and happy for me they don't come out. As the description already mentions; If they don't fit perfect, they start whistling and making noises. Also I don't know the technicalities but if not fitted right the background noise increases and start distorting the sounds.Adjustment: Easy to adjust. Start low, one notch at a time. I started to high and couldn't wear them in the car because it distorted the sound and everything became warbled and couldn't make out the words being said to me. It took me a while to suss all that out. Now they're great.Against: not so much now I think I've the sound level sorted and can wear them in the car too. They say they're waterproof, but during this hot weather combined with a bit of fluid in the ear, one stopped working. However with this one and Amazon I had a new one the day after. A service you can't have whether you buy hearing aid privately (megabucks) or NHS. It started working again a few days later, but it'll do as a spare. Not easy to mark left or right, I scratched it on with the little screwdriver. You don't want to mix the two up for hygiene reasons. They don't work with a mobile phone, unless you put it on speaker. It'll make a lot of noise otherwise. The sound is more tinny, a problem with many amplifiers/hearing aids, so for music I use head phones. For: Easy to fit, stay in place, don't know you're wearing them. Spare plugs available on Amazon if you need them and cheap. Easy to keep clean, I use an antibacterial wipe each day. The NHS types with tubes, clogged up every few days and looked unsightly, these don't appear to have that problem.Easy to adjust. You know when they start coming out, which can happen, especially in hot weather as they'll will give a whistling noise when you move your head or ear ( I can move my ears).A good buy, good price, value for money - I would recommendI still stand by my last sentence but need to add that 2 of them just dropped to bits and one of those was only a few weeks old. I replaced them. Also the batteries don't appear to last more than a week but are not expensive. For what they are and compared with other modern technology items like phones and toys, they're not cheap, but that's the way things are with health.

Horrendously Awful Rubbish
This dreadful contraption emits high-pitch screeching noise when being moved (as in picking it up to put in one's ear), on any volume other than absolute minimum. Even on that, there's a constant 'white noise' type of sound similar to seashell been put to one's ear, but louder. Couldn't even test the sound amplifier function, as I will not subject myself to that constant, loud 'shhh...shhh' in my ear. Sent it back after 30 minutes of very irritating testing. Don't waste your money.

Good if you're a spy!
I bought this to help me in my job. I have mid tone hearing loss, and can't hear quietly spoken people (essential at work) I also got it as a temporary solution until I get a hearing assessment done. I wouldn't want to be wearing this all the time, but for very short spells it's OK. I can hear a pencil case being unzipped at 10 feet away, but still struggled at very close range (maybe I need more adjustment and practice) I imagine it would be handy if I was a spy, as can hear clearer from a distance! Don't expect too much, it's not really a fix, but works OK for some things. There is only ONE in the pack, so I don't know if things would be better with 2?

Good for the money.
Comfortable and easy to fit. Straight forward enough to use, althugh turned up to max. when it arrived. It does amplify all sounds, so even those you might already hear ok.The only negatives are a constant low hissing sound, but you very quickly get used to it and block it out, and you can't use it with a phone as there is constant feedback.Would recommend as a cost effective way of improving your hearing

Invisible in ear and good value.
Better than my last hearing aid. Much more comfortable and much cheaper.Fits perfectly and good sound quality. Can be a tricky replacing batteries if your are elderly particularly if you have arthritis in your fingers.

Not long lasting
Good when working, but they don’t last very long, I reordered twice now and they don’t last longer than a month.
