It made my inner Martha Stuart want to work for Cocobrio. The company sent a recipe and cute thank you note (for anyone looking to buy and send this as a gift....go for it)!It seems like all a lot of my friends are buying houses these days so I got this bulk package to divide up as housewarming presents. Who doesn't love a sweet, organic, all natural gift that they don't have to borrow from a neighbor?! I initially gave one of the packages to my mom and aunt who are huge bakers. They LOVED it and so did everyone that ate their cookies and brownies. Delicious coconut sugar
What a fantastic bundle of coconut sugar! I am always needing to run to the store to get another bag, and this one comes in a pack of 6! I haven't tried Cocobrio before, but now I will be a return customer. Their packaging is adorable and you can tell that they put a lot of thought and care into their product - from the design to the product itself. Firstly, it's organic. Which is what I look for in coconut sugar, because some coconuts have been genetically modified...but the organic variety are not. I also love that it is pure, with no additives. Because I have hypoglycemia, I really like using coconut sugar, because it is lower-glycemic and doesn't spike the blood sugar as much. It is healthier than refined sugar, and although I don't use sugar a lot, I enjoy baking...and coconut sugar is a perfect substitute! Cocobrio sugar is packed into these boxes, and you can tell that it is fresh. Cocobrio Pure Coconut Sugar - All Natural UNREFINED Sweetener 6 pack is a great bundle. It is vegan and gluten-free and is perfect for your low glycemic diet. I being a vegan prefers this to raw sugar. I love it is unrefined and doesn't have any extra stuff in it. You can use this just like regular sugar but this is actually good for you. My son's birthday is coming up and besides me we also have vegan friends too. I will be using this to make his cake. I purchased at a discount for my honest unbiased review.
