I have adhd so remembering to take my medication is a real issue for me I bought this and have been using it for a couple weeks instructions were clear and all appears to be working fine

This pill boxes with the ability to set alarms are and absolute must have if you are on regular medication which you are required to take a specific times of the day. There is an option to set up to 5 different alarms and 4 compartments in each box. I have bought 2 and love the fact they have a blue box and a grey box as I use them to store the different types of medication I need to take ( for example pain relief for one and mental health medication for the other). The products have far beyond met my expectations and the customer service has been equally impressive. A representative for the company called Suki reached out to me to advise I had placed a separate order for just one box and used her initiative to contact me to advise of the situation and refunded the money for the accidental order. This is going above and beyond for customer care as most companies would just leave it and take your money until you try and get a refund. Therefore Suki has impressed me with the level of customer care and honesty and I will be keep and eye on the company for any future products they may release. 10/10 product and service. After my father's prolonged stay in hospital, he needed some rehabilitation and Physiotherapy to help him back on his feet.Not wanting to take away all his independence in a hospital discharge ward, he is more than capable of administering his own medication, while he gets back on his feet, I wanted him to maintain as much of this independence as possible.This allows him to do that.It prompts him at the medication due time, without it being locked away in a cabinet and waiting on a ward nurse to administer them.

Had no issues with the device at all. Good compact size, loud alarm and vibration. Set up was pretty easy for me too

Liked it at first but when the alarm stopped working it became useless

The alarm and vibrate is very effective, the catch to open the case proved to be a bit small and fiddly for someone with shaky hands until they got the hang of it.Instructions to set the time and alarms could be simpler but you get there.Overall It has been invaluable though to someone who forgets to take their meds.

Like everything about the pill box. Dad loves it and can hear it over the TV noise

I bought this box for my father when he is away the entire day and needs to take his pills. The dispenser is easy to set , small to carry in your pocket but bigger enough for 1-2 days of pills (at least for my father).
