Q: Is 10 watt Led the only light? It seems like a night light is there a second option?

Q: What happens when both the exhaust switch and heater switch are turned on at the same time? I would think the heat gets sucked up by the exhaust fan.

I am not sure why you would want to turn them on at the same time? The heat would indeed go right out. I use the heater to warm up the bathroom. Never had a moisture problem, but you could then turn the vent fan on after. Loved the Panasonic so much, bought one for our new house. It does take a dedicated 20 amp. circuit, just so you are aware of the wiring requirements!

Q: Can I use the fan separate from the heat, during the summer?

Yes. With 4 switches you can control all functions individually or together. However, a common 3 switch configuration is to have switch 1 control the fan and light together, switch 2 night light, switch 3 heater.

Q: Can this be mounted on the wall of my bathroom , or dose is have to be in the ceiling ? There is plenty of space for it Where are the current one is

The spec sheet that came with the unit says it is not for wall mounting. And, indeed, the light and, particularly, heat functions do not strike one as suitable for wall mounting.
