good value for money. exercise descriptions could be clearer but overall works as its supposed to.was easy to assemble and was using within 40 minutes of assembly

I am SO pleased with this machine. After feeling bitterly disappointed with the FITT gym (a total piece of rubbish that was returned) I was a little sceptical when receiving this. I am pleased to say it exceeded beyond all expectations. It's extremely easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. There are a lot of exercises to choose from but I would recommend to everyone to use all of the hundreds of youtube video exercises available for the Total gym as it is pretty much the same machine. If you want to add more resistance (obv check your weight and the max weight for this machine) just buy resistance bands and hey presto you have added more weight to your workouts!! I haven't gone much higher than number 4 on the height resistance but I can imagine number 9 would be an absolute burner!!! If you are thinking of buying this machine just go ahead and do it, you won't regret it.

This gadget might not suit a tall person, but for two small people it provides all the equipment we need to build muscle in arms and legs. It’s also useful for doing Pilates, not on the floor. I am a disabled older woman and love the ability to exercise at home, as I can’t drive, and not good at walking. It also comes with a diet book which is very odd, but effective. (2 -3 lbs lost in 5 days, and without starving.)No idea if the gym will last long, but so far we are very happy, and it takes up less room than a Total gym. We don’t fold it up, so have no idea how easy that is, but it weighs less than the Total gym we had before. The sliding seat doesn’t detach which makes it safer re pinching fingers, and it’s also less noisy as it has fewer metal attachments, more plastic ones. Probably that isnt very ecological - but it’s safer, and suits us.If you are an older person, and are after a good, basic machine to keep your wheels and joints oiled, I’d say this might fit your needs.

Good value for money and easy to assemble, but the hard plastic exercise bed rollers become very noisy and the end of travel bump stops are too hard

Machine arrived with defective component and the company refused to replace it.

Bit of a faff to fold up for storage, but not to much.
