使えました。 巻き弦のテンションは２ゲージほど落とした感じになってしまうので太めが良いかも。プレーン弦の方は弱冠弱いかも知れませんがそんなに変わらない感じです。 某メーカーのニッケルブロンズ弦もプレーンはエレキ弦と同じ型番だったので試しにと思い張って見ました。 音量的には問題ないですが、音の響き方が違う感じなので、アコギ弦の時と少し弾き方を変えました。 個人的な感想ですが、メタリカやガンズの曲には合ってると思います。

These strings last remarkably longer than other foreign brands. I have been using D'Addario strings since a long time. But they tend to rust quite fast. But with Blue Steel, I have never found this issue. It lasts forever, though the sound becomes a bit dull with time- which is natural. There was one time when I put these strings on my guitar for about 3 months....played 3-4 hours a week maybe. No substantial change in tone quality. Changed them only when I broke the 1st string while bending too much. Overall, I am satisfied with it.
