I usually don't write a lot of reviews but I had to write one for this. I have all the Marvel Legend Series Shields and this is by far the best on for the price. It is metal and not plastic, has a nice sturdy feel and weight and the paint job is beautiful (Semi-gloss with the dark red and blue). Shipping was faster than expected and the packing was good. Out of all the others I recommend this one.

I did lots of looking around for the best price for a quality Captain America shield, and this was 100% it. The steel holds up nice, without being too heavy, and the paint all looks amazing.One thing that I noticed was a few super tiny scratches in the paint, which I assumed was from shipping. The scratches are so small and hardly noticeable, that it wasn't really an issue for me.Note as well, the shield came super fast in just a few days!! Earlier than it was expected to arrive!Lastly, if you are looking for a nice, metal Captain America shield, this is for sure the one you want to buy!

My marvel loving teen son wanted a real metal captain America shield so badly. Number one thing on his Christmas list. But many in the market are quite expensive. Ordered this one and it just arrived today. Took a while because it came from India. It’s FANTASTIC. The paint job is great. Has leather straps. Was wrapped in plastic and in a box. Colors are vibrant and great. It’s really oily, so I’ll have to carefully clean it for Christmas morning reveal! But he is going to love it and I’m so happy with this purchase!!!

I bought this shield for my father as a birthday gift, and he absolutely loved it. The quality is very solid and the finish is also very top notch. It feels very durable, though we did not test it out for a durability test as it is a decorative piece.

This shield turn my husband into a child again. Bought as a gift and he loves it, it is real metal with leather straps. It does come oil up like other comments states but of course it's for the shield protection while shipping. My shield was delayed at inspection so order with time if it's a gift.

This sheild is horrible it’s all banged up and dented. Looks well used. Looks do not match their photos on here other than the paint which looks like a 5 yr old did it if you look close. Back is peeling and rusting. The bars and straps on the back are horrible. again look at their pics and what I received. This isn’t durable at all. The metal lip that folds over the whole edge is jagged. This is a homemade piece of garbage that I would expect to see a a flee market for 15$. Not. NOT 100$ this is the biggest rip off on here. If my 11yr old wasnt so excited about finally getting one for Christmas I would absolutely return this for a full refund.

It is very sturdy and well built. Everything is straight and is made from good quality materials. The shield itself is thicker than I thought it would be and it will hold up to light play. I doubt you would hurt it if you dropped it. But I wouldn't throw it at anything. The paint was done well, though there are a few imperfections. But overall it looks awesome. I was genuinely surprised with this product. I highly recommend it! You could really customize this thing if you have the skill/patience to sand it down and paint it. 5/5
