Do not waste your money
Bought this as the front page cover looks delicious so thought recipes inside were going to be similar, well there not. There's not one recipe I would want to try. Nothing is served with vegetables. Don't be fooled by the cover photo.

The book is very good but when I ordered it it was free delivery but I've been charged £3.99. NOT HAPPY.

This is a poorly composed book. The recipes are all over the place in terms of servings; a garlicky prime rib roast dinner for 15, a cheesy tilapia lunch for 8. And that’s in the first week! In 84 recipes there are 6 with an ingredient list for 1 serving. How many people does the author cook for or has she simply been a bit lazy with recipes? Also in the introduction she quite rightly writes about the importance of working within a calorie count and each recipe includes a calorie, fat, protein and carb count but it is not explicit if this is per portion size or as a total. And also no way of changing calories if you need to eat a different amount of calories per day from the suggested meal plan. I’m not new to keto but wanted some more recipes.. waste of money. If I could give it no stars I would I’m afraid. Avoid!!

Keto made easy
Book is good, food ingredients vary a lot but the fact you can plan for a month, all your meals is a great way to start Keto as it’s not the easiest plan to follow, takes the frustration out of it

Do not buy this book.
For £11.99 I expected a good quality and nicely presented glossy recipe book, with photos of the food.I could've literally typed and designed this myself in half a day, and made it look a hundred times better.It's an absolutely dreadful, cheaply produced book.
