Q: Can you please tell me if these oils certified organic?

They are certified therapeutic grade, which doesn't necessarily mean anything because the company coined the term and applied it to the product. They buy their oils from distillers all over the world. This deep blue oil is wonderful! They also make a deep blue rub and a little goes a long way. Q: Does it come with a dropper?

No dropper. You have to shake oil out.

Q: Does it have strong wintergreen, camphor odors? Or are these odors diminished somewhat by the other oils? I am concerned that the wintergreen and camphor may trigger asthma.

To me it does not have a strong wintergreen and camphor order. I like the smell and it absorbs very fast and doesn't linger on. I don't find it a strong smell at all. My husband uses it also on his knee and he is very sensitive to odors and smells and he doesn't complain at all. It is refreshing to me. I know wintergreen and camphor are strong smells but with the other oils in this Blue Essential seems to take that away. Good Luck,
