I dont know about the premium one but I honestly can tell you about the bike lane pro it's awesome, I have 2 weeks already training everyday on it 45min to 1hr and I'm just finishing exhausted and sweating more than outside.... I hook it up in front of my tv and run some videos of spinning class on YouTube.... The results amazing!!!! Don't hesitate!!! But a little tip but a rear cheap tire to use it..YM
