I was so excited when this became available on DVD because I also have the original Evolution 20 DVDs (which are amazing btw). I LOVE all four of the workouts on this DVD! Each one really hits muscles from top to bottom and I got a seriously good sweat out of all of the workouts. I especially like the Total Knockout segment but Tour de Force was an amazing calorie burner. After the original Evolution 20 workouts I felt like I was able to get in the best shape of my life but now that I've added in this workout I think it's really going to take it up a level! You don't need a whole bunch of room to do this either (which is great because I only have a small space in my bedroom) and the moves are easy to learn and master yet VERY challenging and effective when you pick up the pace or increase the weight!

Sorry Christine.... but I do love you as an instructor
Too difficult for a beginner/intermediate level with bad knees and little upper body strength. If you like a lot of push ups, up/down floor work, body weight geared exercises, this may be a good workout for you.However I LOVE Christine Bullock, she is a terrific instructor (I know such a hypocrite). I would suggest her 10 Minute solutions, Booty workout which I L-O-V-E! However, this workout receives 2 stars (sorry Christine) but Christine gets 5 stars as an awesome instructor :)

SHORT AND SWEET
I am a huge fan of Christine Bullock. Christine's original Evolution 20 program is one of my all time favorite 60 day programs!! With that being said, I had been anxiously waiting for the Super Shred Series to be released on DVD, & I was so thrilled to have finally received it!About me: I am an advanced level exerciser. I have completed the original Evolution 20 program (and got great results), and I've also completed other well known programs such as Jillian Michaels' BODYSHRED and other BeachBody programs. I also work full time & I'm a mom, so short intense workouts are the most ideal for me.I really like the Super Shred series! I think these are great total body workouts that will firm your entire body while elevating your heart rate at the same time. All of the workouts include a quick warm up & cool down. Most of the workouts consists of six 2 minute drills, with a power blast at the end. If I'm not mistaken, I think the core crusher is the only workout that is sequenced a little differently. Christine is her usual self; personable & lovely as always. Her instructions are clear & precise.The Core Crusher workout is one of the best ab workouts I've ever done (I really HATE ab exercises, but I know they're good for me). By the last few minutes of the workout, my abs were on fire!For both the Metabolic Blast & Total Knockout workouts, you will need a set of hand weights. Christine uses 4 lb weights, but don't be afraid to go heavier or lighter depending on your fitness level (otherwise the workouts may seem too hard or too easy). Both of these workouts were meant to burn & firm at the same time! Especially the metabolic blast since it involves plyometric moves.The Tour De Force workout is such an excellent straight cardio workout!!! I love this one because it really got my heart rate up, and it was so much fun! It does involve a lot of jumping, but it wasn't overbearing.I think all the workouts in the Super Shred series have JUST THE RIGHT level of intensity & impact. Christine doesn't have you doing impossible moves that only gymnasts could do, and the workouts are also not harsh on your joints. I feel that the workouts are really effective in a non-extreme way. I don't like super high impact workouts, but at the same time I need my workouts to feel challenging. On that note, Christine really delivers. Everyone is different and has their own preference of workouts, but I feel that Christine's style of exercises are what's best for MY BODY.The only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that for the price of this DVD (I paid $25.00) it should've came with at least one extra workout (maybe flexibility), or a workout calendar. Even though there are only 4 workouts on this DVD, a 30 day workout calendar would've been nice (I'm all about workout calendars because they keep me on track). Don't get me wrong though, I'm still very satisfied with this purchase, and I can see myself using these workouts quite often due to the time efficiency. Everyone has at least 20 minutes to exercise!! And these workouts are truly 20 minutes from beginning to end.

Recommend!!
Love!! Every workout has so many combo moves that you work your entire body no matter which workout you do (and a lot of core focus). As a busy homeschooling mom, I appreciate that they are only 20 minutes each and I still work up a good sweat.Christine's personality is great but she is a little talkative during. It does not bother me though.
