I basically could only use the single towel hook, and the hand towel circle rack. The bath towel rack is only about 10’’ so I had to buy another one that could hold a bath towel.. and the toilet paper mount it to small for the bigger rolls of tp (which I realize isn’t really there fault) but still kinda bummed I could only use half of this set. Other than that it’s really pretty and seems sturdy enough

The towel rack is small. Its more like a hand towel rack since you can't since you can spread the towel out to dry it properly. Also the toilet paper holder does not have enough space to put anything but a small toilet paper roll on. Which is a bother since I only do Charmin double rolls. We had to screw a 1/2 in board to my wall then put the toilet paper roll on the board in order to put a roll of toilet paper on it. The set is pretty so don't get me wrong about that but the function makes it not worth it.

Love the look but any sort of tension or traction to use a towel or pull off toilet paper will cause the wall mount to tilt and eventually it looses grip all together. I've tried several remedies but I just can't keep it level on the wall. The screw hole that holds the holder to the wall has eventually lowered up and cracked. Poor quality, poor design

It nice but they didn’t send the towel rack pictured. They sent a round bar towel rack. We just moved to our new home I can’t send back because of the time frame but I am dis appointed I have an incomplete set. I should not of trusted.

The only thing that wants to stay in place is the small towel bar because it has 2 holes nothing else will stay in place. I'm now gonna have to go to Walmart and buy one and just paint it black

I would have returned it but my husband already hung it up. He was so mad at me for how tedious is was to screw the tiny screws in the base. The toilet paper holder is too small. If you put a full size roll on, it will not roll because it hits the wall.

I love every piece of this set, except for the bar towel rack. It wasn't as long as I had hoped. I was going to use it in the kids' bathroom for towels, but realized after opening that it wasn't quite big enough for multiple towels. You could hang one folded bath towel on it and be fine. The ring towel holder, toilet paper holder, and hook were all easy to install and sturdy.

Product was easy to install with the exception of the toilet paper holder... the toilet paper holder keeps falling down no matter how tight I screw it in.
