Great product. Make sure you turn the microwave turntable off. I do 60 sec., turn the pad and do another 45 sec. The reward is a perfectly hot pad that fits great across the back of my neck. It really helps with the pain. I like them so much, I have two of them. Highly recommend.

I was having tension headaches for about two weeks and after four days of using this product twice a day, I am in MUCH better shape. Pretty much no headache. But I have enjoyed the little ritual of warming it up and wrapping it around my neck so much that I think I might just continue. The lavender smell is subtle, which I prefer.

This heat/ice pad. It is so soft and it is so flexible and it comes with a little bag so you can take it with you outside the home. I would totally recommend this. It works wonderfully heats up. Great I’ve not used it with ice yet as I prefer the heat❤️

The product is soft and a great size. I do find that it takes a long time to heat in the microwave. It also doesn’t heat as much as i thought it would. Also, giving three starts because the heat does not hold well at all.
