What is the width of the feet at the base of the stool?

45cm x 35cm (13.5" x 17.5") The vast majority of stools that's I looked at had too large and encroaching a base. These are perfect. Great looking but not overly dominant. Surprisingly comfortable and extremely stable and sturdy too.

This looks very pale in the pictures, but dark in the customer photos. Is it the lighting, or is the actual product darker than the seller pics?

I bought mine a month ago and they are very similar to the ones on the selling picture, subject to variations in the wood grain. Not dark like some customer lhotos.
