Q: Does this guage come with the air line?

Yes it does, but not enough for a long wheel base crew cab truck or a motor home.

Q: Could you take the switch and gauge and put the gauge in an A pillar pod and mount the switch nearby or would the lines need more room behind?

Can’t see why not, u can buy 90degree fittings at truck supply stores

Hey Gerald on mine the compressor supply line (from the air tank) connects to the pneumatic switch, a second line runs from "T" to the air bags. make sure your compressor/tank setup has a high/low limit switch. Now if your electric switch controls a solenoid, all you need is the gauge with a single connection. I also supply a train horn mounted under my truck, from this compressor tank

Q: Would this work on a 2018 ram 3500?

Yes it should. You’ll need to plumb it in and you can pretty much mount anywhere that works for you. This saves a lot of time and hassle when adjusting the air in the suspension.
