Q: Are these all "turbo" ie a strong pointed, compact blue flame and not a lazy yellow flame?

If I understand your question correctly, then yes to all, especially the wind resistant one. The flame burned straight and blue at the other three bases, turning yellow at the top of the flame where they flickered a bit. The wind resistant flame was so strong, it was audible. It was also a more pointed flame. But I detected only a tiny bit of blue at its base. Most of the flame was yellow. Still, if I had to use the word "turbo" to describe any of these lighters it would be the wind resistant one.

Q: What do you refill the refillable one with? And how difficult is it?

Hi, The folding lighter is the only lighter in the set of 4 that is refillable with any butane fluid. Scripto also makes a universalbutane fluid. For refilling the lighter, one needs to press firmly the refill tip of the butane fluid container vertically downward to the refill valve of the lighter and apply pressure to it for seconds so that the transfer is achieved. Hope this helps.

No, none of these are refillable.
