316L Surgical Steel Bent Curved Barbell 4g 4 Gauge

I got this like many for my PA, for the most part I normally wear a CBR or a Horseshoe in it so wanted to try something else. I don’t have any issues wearing it just learning how to stand and pee again had it all worked out with the CBR.The finish is smooth and so far no issues with either ball coming loose or sliding in. I do like the visual appeal of the smooth sphere at the tip and the other back behind.

Great product for the price, delivery was fast. My only issue was that the jewelry was 4.8mm rather than true 5mm/4 gauge.

I bought this for wearing when I decided to stretch my PA to a 4ga. It is bright polished and smooth, internally threaded and the 10mm balls are counter sunk so that the bar goes inside the ball. This adds to the smooth, comfortable feel and prevents stuff from getting in between the bar and the ball. I am very happy with it and it is easier to pee normally with this vs. the captive bead ring I was using. I do recommend using some removable thread locker (blue loctite) on the threaded post to prevent the ball from coming loose. Don't use red loctite or you're going to have to destroy it to take it off! You can also order spare 10mm balls from Scrap Metal 23, in case you lose one.

Gauge seemed to be right on and the included balls were threaded and smooth, the only issue that I had is that the description didn't include the length of the barbell and I would have preferred a slightly shorter barbell to sit better in my piercing. The other thing that I would have preferred would have been larger diameter balls for a more comfortable fit.

Always my go to for jewelry like this. Can't beat the price. I always had trouble getting curved barbells for my deep P.A aka Dolphin piercing, With that unique of a piercing.

Curved barbells of this size are not easy to find in England and I had some doubts about ordering from as far away as the USA. I needn't have worried, because it arrived after only a few days - great service! The barbell itself is very well made and I particularly like the way the ends set into the balls, which are a good size for PA barbells. Thanks Mike, I will certainly be ordering more of your stuff!

No Issues with threading, or pcokets for fluids to gather and hang around. so far I am pleased with this product. out of common sesne practices, I check the balls to make sure they are still tight after any physical activity to ensure I am not setting myself up to lose any jewelry.
