This is a great knee pad. It is nice and thick giving your knees relief and comfort when needed during certain yoga poses/positions. It is well made and durable. My only complaint is that it comes rolled up and takes a bit to reshape it so that I lies flat when in use. I found that rolling it up for storage in the opposite direction that it came rolled up in helps to keep it from curling up when you take it out for use. Good investment. No regrets.

If you have any knee problems at all, this mat is a game changer. I spent time looking at various ones & in particular the thickness as that is the difference between being able to do some postures or not. So easy to place it under your knees quickly & then put to one side when not required.

Was initially looking at the RatPad YogaRat RatPad, Indigo as my knees need the extra padding, but I hate the thicker (squishier) full yoga pads. So, glad I stumbled upon the Sukha Knee Pad instead as I don't need to move it around (as I would with the single knee pad)...good cushion without being too soft and stays put on the yoga mat underneath. The shipping on this item was a little outrageous, but still glad I purchased it...use it every day.

Nice and thick for my boney knees and bum! Perfect for yoga, sit-ups and push ups, or whatever else you’re doing. I bought two, one for myself and one for my hubby. It’s firm enough to support with comfort. I definitely recommend. Also, no weird smell!
