Great product IF it worked as advertised!!
Update as of 4/22/16:Unfortunately, after several phone calls and emails to MiiKey's warranty and support, no one has answered their phone, returned my calls from the voicemail messages I left, nor has any of the support team responded to my emails. Customer service is very important, even if the answer you receive is unfavorable. But for a company to not respond at all says a lot about their goal for retention. If their product doesn't function properly or it breaks, it's very difficult to get help. You're pretty much out of luck. Disappointing.Edited on 2/12/16...Currently, I am a disappointed with this product; however, I will provide an honest review from my experience of the good and not so good. Before I get to my experience though, here's why I'm disappointed.I purchased these headphones on 8/5/15 through Amazon from one of their sellers, UnbeatableSale, Inc. I received them on 8/11/15, so the delivery time was good. Since my delivery date, I have had the headsets for less than 2 months. I noticed about 2 weeks ago that the Red LED Light stopped coming on when charging the headset. My headset stopped charging! Unfortunately, I was passed the 30 day return window with UnbeatableSale, Inc. and was told to contact the MiiKey.After several attempts of contacting MiiKey, I finally got an agent on the phone who had an RMA emailed to me so that I could return the product at no cost. However, I did have to pay a $12.99 shipping cost to have the replacement headset shipped to me. I was really surprised at the shipping cost since the product is still under warranty. The return process is disappointing. This company makes it unattractive for the customer to even bother returning their defected product by requiring you to pay shipping for the replacement. Btw, the warranty is for one year but lots of stipulations. My review of the product...The headset looks very nice. In my opinion, the construction of it seems to be sturdy and durable. They are heavier than I expected, but eventually I got used to them. After wearing them for an hour or more working out, the pressure and weight of the product caused them to become a little painful and uncomfortable around my ears. I really like the wireless feature which is one of the main reasons for my purchase. The bass sound quality is good, but based on the advertisement about the HD Stereo sound, I did expect a little more bass than these deliver. I only use this headset with my phone for talking and listening to music. The Bluetooth paired well with my phone. No problems when using the headset to talk on the phone. Talking quality is great, but if you are talking to someone who has background noise, these headsets seems to amplify the noise. When listening to music, they do block out the sound around your environment pretty good. Sometimes when listening to music from Pandora or Spotify, the songs would skip like a CD that jumps when it's bumped. I don't have a problem with the skipping when using wired headsets. The music sound quality overall is very good though I prefer a little more bass. The "Next" and "Last" track features are nice, but sometimes they don't work and will not move to the next song. I would have to take out my phone and manually skip to the next track which is annoying when you are running. When exercising, earpiece gets very wet with sweat. I have to take them off and dab them with a towel to remove the sweat so it won't start settling in the base of my ears.If this product worked as advertised without all of the above little functional issues, I would really like this product. I'm hoping that I just happened to have gotten a lemon and that the replacement or repaired product will be function like it should. If it functions like it should, I would give it a much higher rating; however, the warranty claim shipping issue is unacceptable to me and will keep me from giving this product five stars. They should come up with a better and more customer friendly return practice. According the Amazon reviews, several people have had a great experience with this product and that is wonderful. I hope to be one of them when I receive my repaired or replaced product; however, I do think that it is concerning that several people have also had the same issues with this product that I have had. Hopefully, this manufacturer will take heed to these problems and correct them.Update as of 2/12/16...Well, I received the replacement headset which appeared to be new. I barely had these for two months and there are problems. This pair did not stop charging, but it has the same functional problems as the first one. Also, this one apparently wasn't as sturdy as the first one. In addition, the right earphone broke off. I have contacted MiiKey several times, but have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I have emailed and left voicemails, but no return call from them. I'm hoping that they will respond and replace this pair since the headsets are still under warranty.

Acceptable BT Headset but it can't connect to Windows 7 laptop due to lack of driver WTH!
Fit:I have a normal size head and the headset feels a bit tight. Hopefully it will loosen up as time goes by.Design and construction:Seems solid.Pairing Process:It's pretty straight forward as long as you follow the instructions in the user guide.Pairing with my Galaxy Note 4:Went smooth. It connected to both phone and media profile. IMPORTANT- After successful paring, restart your phone and turn off the headset. Then turn on the headset and it should connect to the phone. Play a song on your phone. You should be able to hear it through the headset. I had to go through this process before I can hear the music in the headset.Pairing with My Windows 7 (most up to date) laptop:Laptop recognized the headset but could not find the appropriate driver for it using the installed windows and searching the internet. I have had many BT headsets and none have such issue with my laptop so this is the first. I am very puzzled. I sent an email to Mii support along with the screen shot of the error message and see what their response is!Muti_point Technology:Since I can't connect to my laptop, I have not been able to verify this feature.Battery Life:TBDDistance:Line of sight: 25 feet Non-line of sight: 15 feet for acceptable sound quality.Sound Quality:Acceptable! I prefer the Kinivo 240 sound better.Sweat Proof:TBD - I have noticed that the charging port in this headset is exposed and there is no cover for it. If you happen to get the sweat or moisture into the charging port, most likely it will cause corrosion and failure unless there is moisture-proof barrier inside. The Kinivo 240 has a protective cover for the charging port.Updated on 12/17/2014Inability to pair with Windows 7 with latest update - After spending lots of time trying to explain the problem to Miikey Tech support team which I find to be simply either incompetent or deliberately holding the information, they ACKNOWLEDGED that there is a PROBLEM with updated WINDOWS 7 regarding the driver for this headset. The problem has been KNOWN to Miikey but they simply did not bother to notify the customers. Why, bad publicity stupid! There is NO time frame to fix the problem.Pairing with Note 4 - As initially reported, I had to restart the Note 4 before the media play back was heard in the headset. Since then I had to do the same twice. I am concluding that the headset is a lemon and IT IS GOING BACK!

Big Heads Beware
If you have a big head and wear glasses steer clear of these. They feel like a vice when I'm wearing them on my size 8 head. The tension bar sticks too far off my head so when I move my head up and down it hits my back and moves the headphones around. It's annoying.PROS: Very good music and good bass. Easy to pair with every device I've tried. The Bluetooth has excellent range. I've only used it on a couple of calls. I was outside doing a run and the caller said they could hear me very well and I could hear them well also. The buttons are good size and very easy to use. I really like how the control buttons were designed.CONS: Uncomfortable to wear for long periods; especially when I wear glasses. I sweat a lot when I work out and these things always feel like they're sliding off my ears. When I adjust the headphones to where I feel I have the best comfort they always start working their way down my ears. They haven't fallen off but they always feel as if they're about to.I think if they had designed the wrap-around bar to where I could adjust the bar so it fits closer to my head so it wouldn't hit my back when move my head might have reduced the uncomfortable vice-like pressure I get. Having a big head makes it hard to get a cap that fits well and it seems like I will continue to have a sizing problem with sports headphones with Bluetooth capability.
