This does the job. I bought it to try to hook up my printer when I switched providers and it stopped reading the wifi. Didn't help, but not it's fault. The printer recognized the computer with this wire, it works fine. Just the printer turned out to have terminal jam. I went into all 3 doors and pulled the paper out. According to the internet, when that doesn't work, it's a little piece of plastic broken off inside. Since my 15 lb cat had just jumped on it, I'm pretty sure that's the case. But the new printer I ordered needed this wire to work, so it's all good. Great value for money.
