I recently had gastric bypass and have lost quite a bit of hair. Although it's listed as a root touch up I use it right on my scalp and it doesn't give me any irritation. It does bleed through when you do sweat. But it is easy washes out on clothes and if you get it on your hands. That is probably the only downfall. I personally don't like seeing right down to my scalp when I part my hair so this product is awesome and it matches my burgundy hair color perfectly. Great product highly recommend

Excellent coverage! Looks like I just dyed my hair!! First time user. I am a 62 year old female, dark chestnut natural hair color with lots of greys & white hairs. This is a game changer! Easy, simple and clean to use. Pressed powder. Applicator in bottom of container. Great coverage. Stays on hair through brushing, running hands through hair and sleeping!! I like the idea of it and initially it did the job but after using it several times I feel like it doesn't come out as good as that initial first time. The color was the right color I needed and putting it on the first time definitely made me go "Oh Wow" cause it worked! It did give my roots that fresh from the salon look. But using it that 2nd and third time I just feel like I couldn't get that same color out of the container, I'd pat it or streak it on and it doesn't look like anything was applied or you can barely see a difference. I'm not sure if maybe it's the applicator and it needs to be cleaned or what exactly.
