Is the coffee mug packaging safe, I want to give it as a gift to my friend?

where are these coffee cups made?

The bottom of the cup says "Made in China"

Are the white mugs a bright white color or more of an off white?

Just bought these on 4/28/22. They are a very slightly off white in comparison to my newly purchased bright white set of Euro Ceramica dishware. Bottom line: The mugs are not a bright white, but they are not so "off" as to not coordinate beautifully. I am very happy with this purchase of the mugs.

Do these come with saucers?
