10-Pack ST35 Light Bulbs Replacement Edison Clear Bulbs -5 Watts C7/E12 Screw Base for Indoor/Outdoor Patio String Lights

As you can tell from the picture, these bulbs look just like the old incandescent bulbs. The middle bulbs for each color is this product. The top bulb for each color is the vintage incandescent and the bottom bulb for each color is a name brand LED that costs about twice as much as these. So they look vintage and the price is great. I do have a problem though. About half of the bulbs won’t work in some of my light sets because they do not touch the bottom contact in the socket. These same bulbs work in other light sets. I can see the contacts on these bulbs do not protrude as far as the ones that work. One review mentioned adding some solder to the bottom of the bulbs. I don’t think I’m going to try that. Also, I wish the red was a deeper, richer red. The picture doesn’t show it, but the red color is a little washed out and looks very similar to orange. The white is much brighter than the incandescent white. Overall, I think these bulbs are a good value, just not sure I’m going to keep them.UPDATE: 12/9/2022 I found some light sets that all the bulbs work in so I kept them and put them on our tree along with the set of name brand bulbs. You can't tell that there are two different bulb types on the tree.

These bulbs are hard to find so I was glad to find these replacement bulbs on Amazon

One box of these is about the same watts as 2 retro light bulbs. We have 2 strings of lights on our tree totaling 50 bulbs. It used to kick the circuit breaker when using our electric fireplace with the heat on. 50 old school bulbs are 7watts each so that's about like a 350 watt light bulb plus the heater. We use two boxes of these and still have about 10 bubble lights on our tree and no more blowing the circuit breaker. I estimate about 60 watts including our bubble lights vs last year it was probably about 400 watts with the 7 watt bulbs and 10 bubble lights. We had those old school lights on our tree in the 60's and I can tell you as an expert at having those same lights you cannot tell the difference. They are glass, I broke one by mistake. One of the best purchases I made because of the energy savings and not giving up the look of real bulbs.

I love these bulbs! Local stores don't think I need these, so I'm happy to know that I can always find them on Amazon. The bulbs are amazing, and really do look like candle light flickering. A++++++

I needed replacements for some old style lamps/night lights that I have and decided to try these. Didn't need a dozen of them, but the price was right. They're okay, just could be a bit brighter.

These LED lights look EXACTLY like incandescent C7 lights -- and indeed, screw into any C7-type socket -- but burn a fraction of the energy and emit a fraction of the heat. I have been waiting for a manufacturer to duplicate the look of the old-fashioned warm C7 lights from my 70s childhood, and they did it! Red, orange, warm white, green, and blue, and no other colors. Each color exactly matches. Each bulb is shaped like and looks like and works with any C7 socket. Well done! For comparison, I've uploaded three photos, each one showing old-fashioned incandescent 7-watt bulbs on the left and the product's LED bulbs on the right, you can see there's no difference. Also it was NOT my experience that I needed to add a "tiny bit of solder" to get the bulbs to work, I read that review and it made me question whether to get these bulbs. So to sum up: beautiful energy saving LED Christmas lights that look just like the old-fashioned C7 red, blue, green, orange, and white incandescent bulbs of yore, they did it!
