Good exercise and fun.
Good fun to use and to watch the big kids get a soft ball on the nose on a rebound!

Reflex ball headband
Absolutely brilliant 👏 got it for a family early Christmas get together and my 14 year old nephew was obsessed with it. He could punch about 19 times by the end of the day, grandparents laughed as we all did when the ball sometimes hit him in the face, he loved it. Everyone had ago and it was very funny 😁, luckly no black eyes. My nephew didn't go on his ipad, his choice, so we welcomed him into the real world from the virtual world. He laughed and joined in banter and conversation, just perfect. I let him take it home as he said it was the best present 🎁 so thankyou. He practised most with the black ball as slightly easier. Worth every penny, brilliant for bringing families together.

Fun/not so fun
Bought for 12 year old son. If I'm honest its barely been used, he couldn't get along with it it's not the easiest. Maybe we are doing somthing wrong but it's just sat in a drawer now. Nice idea though.

Great product
Do watch out for the rotating metal circle that holds the ball as ive pulled many hairs out, very easy to set up and to get the hang of. Have had lots of fun and the head band is a nice quality.

Great fun and Coordination
Are you tired of the same old workout routines? Say hello to your new best friend: the Dermesy Reflex Ball! Let me tell you, this little bouncing beauty is not your average workout gadget – it's a game-changer.First off, can we talk about that headband with elastic? Whoever came up with that deserves a medal. Who needs a boring old sweatband when you can rock a headband that screams "I'm about to crush this workout"?Now, onto the main event: hand-eye coordination heaven. I've never felt more like a ninja in my life than when I'm bouncing this ball around like a pro. It's like playing ping pong with yourself, but way cooler. And let me tell you, the satisfaction of nailing that perfect bounce is unparalleled. It's like winning the lottery, but with more sweat and fewer dollar signs. But here's the real kicker: it's hilarious. Seriously, there's nothing quite like watching yourself flail around trying to keep up with this little bouncing ball of joy. It's like a comedy show and a workout all rolled into one. Trust me, you'll be laughing so hard, you'll forget you're even exercising. So, if you're looking to spice up your workout routine and unleash your inner ninja, do yourself a favor and snag a Dermesy Reflex Ball. Your coordination will thank you, your funny bone will thank you, and hey, maybe even your abs will thank you. Who knew bouncing could be so much fun?

Decent Training ball
I picked this up as a fun way to mix up my workouts, and I’ve got to say—it’s a lot harder than it looks! I initially thought I’d be an instant pro, but I ended up getting whacked in the face more times than I’d care to admit. It’s a bit humbling at first, but after a few sessions, I started to get the hang of it.I’ve been using it to improve my coordination and reaction times, especially after realising how rubbish I was at keeping my focus during sparring practice. The black ball is definitely better to start with because it’s slower and doesn’t bounce about as wildly as the red one. Speaking of which, once you build some confidence, the red ball gives you a proper workout—my arms were aching after 10 minutes. It’s also pretty convenient to chuck into a gym bag or use in the garden when the weather’s decent. My teenage nephew had a go as well, and now he’s asking for one for his birthday. The only thing I’d say is that the headband could be a little sturdier, as it sometimes loosens up mid-session, but it’s not a dealbreaker. For under a tenner, it’s a cracking bit of kit.
