Good little knife
I really like the little knife so far. It came very sharp out of the box and it's really very handy both at home and work. I am not crazy about the sheath as far as putting the knife back in it when you are busy. To clarify... the way the sheath is made to be used with the knife facing either direction, requires you to pay attention to aligning the knife in the inner slots instead of just hitting the hole and sliding your knife in. ,No big deal, but when you need to focus elsewhere at the same time it can be a bit of a pain. All in all though, it's a great little tool.

Love it
This knife is the perfect size lightweight fixed blade for backpacking. Every little bit of extra weight matters when hitting the trail and this knife is the one I will wear on my belt or backpack strap time and time again. I have nothing negative to say about it.My Top Choices:1. Cold Steel Peacemaker 3 on my side for camping and backpacking.2. For everyday carry the super thin ka bar dozier clipped in my pocket and...3. Leatherman Fuse on my belt.4. For boot a cold steel super edge mini knife under my pant leg laced into my logger.I've really become a fan of lightweight quality functional blades. They are all great and tactically prepare me for opening my next package from amazon.

Make Peace the Cold Steel way!
Perfect knife to pair with my RideTecs boots! It’s not all that discrete but is a nice tool to have and goes perfectly well with the pants I wear, just long enough to “hide” this beautiful Peace Maker! The blade is sharp and very practical. Nicely made knife!

Great daily carry knife
My third knife from Cold Steel is a great all purpose knife. It came sharp out of the box and the handle is material gives you a great grip on it. The Secure-Ex® Sheath holds the knife firmly with no rattling. I liked it so much I am ordering the Peace Maker II which has a longer blade. Good work Cold Steel.

Knife is mediocre and sheath leaves much to be desired
The media could not be loaded. I received this knife yesterday at approximately 2pm. I wore it in my boot later that night for about an hour. The next day when I inspected it, the clip on the sheath has already loosened up enough that it constantly rattles with every single step or movement. This is extremely obnoxious and defeats the purpose of having a knife tucked away. The knife itself is ok; albeit handle heavy which makes it feel cheap. Overall with the sheath already borderlining on useless and the cheap feeling of the knife itself, I can't say I would recommend it to anyone.I tried contacting Amazon to see if they could send me a replacement sheath but my only options were to return the whole knife and reorder and that's just a waste of time so I guess I'm stuck with this thing sitting in a drawer.

Great EDC blade, not crazy about the sheath.
As with the Peace Maker II, the blade design is good for a single edged fighting knife and the size reduction makes this a great choice for those with smaller hands, like my wife (which is who I bought it for). The grip is very soft in the hand but has enough rigidity that it isn't going to bend while you are using it and doesn't feel "cheap" like many knives in this price range. It is a "full tang" in length but not for width but is wide enough that again, I wouldn't worry about it in the least. My one complaint is the sheath, which I don't like how little of the handle you have for uninterrupted grip surface when drawing the blade, which means you don't have as much positive control of when it comes out. Yes, the sheath could be modified easily to reduce this issue but I was planning to make a kydex sheath for it anyway, so I wasn't as concerned. I would have given this 4.5 stars but I couldn't figure out how and since the sheath is enough of a concern for me, 4 stars it is.

Tactical Mora
Can you say "Tactical Mora" . Cuts and processes wood just as good as a mora , but has a clip point which makes it great for stabbing and piercing things . Some people don't like the weird sheath (I do) because they don't understand its purpose. It's a boot knife. The sheath is long on the sides because it is a leg protecter . When the knife is in your boot and you go to pull the knife out quickly the sharp tip would scrape your leg, so they designed the sheath so the knife will scrape the sheath instead of you leg . You could also cut it down a little , like I did .
