Product was tampered with and I can’t return or exchange it
This item came with two bottles. One was wrapped and okay, we thought the second one cracked during shipping. Anyways, when we opened the package (see picture) not only was it not cracked at all… the top was opened and the seal wasn’t broken but missing completely. To make it worse we can’t return or exchange. I love the boiling point restaurants in SoCal so was really bummed out with this poor non existent customer service. Buyer beware :(

Amazing.
Full disclosure, this is the first chili crisp I've ever had so I have nothing to compare it to, but it is delicious. It has good heat, a big punch of garlic, and a little sweetness and tang. Tons of flavor overall, the way I go through hot sauces I was worried it wouldn't last me long but you don't need a ton. I've tried it on some cheesy eggs for breakfast and some dumplings for lunch and loved it so much I'm planning out meals to try this stuff on. Definitely recommend.

Good, but...
Certainly spicy, with a hint of sweetness, and flavor is pretty decent. However, there's barely any garlic or chili flakes, and absolutely nothing crunchy in this "crunchy" oil! Have had a few different ones in the past, love them, wanted to try this. It's ok for heat and some ok flavor, but shouldn't be labeled crispy nor crunchy.

Made for hotpot or seafood
I got the: Flaming Chili Oil flavor. It has some numbing spice and umami that pairs well with seafood but not as well with fried rice or carbs.

I love the heat, this is a tasty hot oil
BOILING POINT, Flaming Chili OilI like the heat. I add hot sauces and peppers and oils to many dishes I want to kick up. I’ve added this chili oil to some rice dishes from ready to heat and eat packages. I take the basics flavored rice packet and heat it according to the directions. Then I add some chicken or other protein, some peas and some Boiling Point oil and peppers, you need to stir it up. Then I add it all into a bowl stir and nuke an additional 30 seconds or so to heat them together. When I’m done I have my version of a very spicy fried rice, if you will. I love this dish and this oil brings the heat to my liking. I love this hot oil. If you like the hit give this a try, I think you’ll like it.

Dipping barbecue sauce
This product is terrible. I am so glad I tasted it before using it on the meat I was serving to company. My guest tasted it as well and we all agreed it was extremely fishy and salty. We immediately reached for water.
