Lower dose is perfect for me.
Definitely a change in how I feel. My research was correct. You should only take a low dose like this one. The higher dose made me feel strange. My libido came back at age 70. So I am sure it will help lower my cholesterol. I'll know when I get my lab test, and I'll do another review. Some of my meds causes me to be dizzy and off balance, this vitamin got rid if that for me.

These are great! But...
These are great quality and don't upset my stomach or anyone else in my family's stomach. My only issue is that I live in Arizona and ordering during summer has not gone well. They arrive melted together in one big clump. The seller needs to add a layer of insulation to keep this from happening. I will try to stock up in the cooler months from now on.

Haven’t used these yet, sure they’ll be fine but I would advise you to count your pills when you get them. I only received 29. Amazon customer service was great though.
