I made the mistake of not checking the banner and now I can’t even return because I needed to decorate a Co workers workspace today. Upon opening the zip pouch I noticed EVERYTHING was greasy. Even though everything was inside plastic baggies somehow there was oil/grease on everything. After getting the dangling spirals out I noticed I had to attach the plastic things to all 6. The cherry on top was the banner saying “ppy ppy Birthday”.
