Dependable and surprisingly quiet
My company PROracks is a professional rack mount server and workstation builder. I've installed a many of these units and yet out of the ones sold, only 1 single module failure. Another plus is for a redundant power supply, they are very quiet. Most redundant supplies sound like a jet engine

Can't get a response form support
When I turn on the PSU it beeps then flashes red and doesn't deliver any power, I can't seem to find much documentation and have been waiting over a week to hear back from support. It's too bad this looked like a great PSU.
