What I needed it for: Make a semi-permanent connection to my quad battery and have the SAE end easily accessible to plug in my Battery Tender. This works perfectly. You will need to unscrew the bolts to your battery and feed them through and then screw your battery bolts back in. One thing to keep in mind - the battery bolts that come with the quad batteries are not that long (not related to this product). If you have more than one other direct connection to your battery, you may want to get longer battery bolts.Hookup to the Battery Tender: Worked perfectly. Easy to slide in and out. The end of the SAE connector also has a cap on it to protect it from the elements. I plugged my battery tender in and it lit right up and started charging the battery.Pretty good product for the money. Comes with two sets that are identical in length. The fuse for these are also supplied.
