AWESOME!!!
Unlike the photo (the current one at least) this guy comes with the shifting cable attached. Super easy to install! Just make sure your new shifter’s set in low gear, run and attach cable to derailleur, (it too should be spring-loaded in low gear) tighten the termination clamp, cut the slack and you’re off! No adjustment necessary. This is the smoothest operating shifter I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Buy it!

2-speed front derailleur shifter, works!
2-speed front derailleur shifter, works exactly as expected. Got the 2x10 front derailleur from SRAM to go with it and it all works. I had the X7 shifter before, and while they're similar the lever-action is a bit different, probably because I'm used to old and worn out actuation.

Wish I hadn't bought it.
I got two shifters for the front and the rear. Neither one worked AT ALL. Neither would move the derailleur enough to shift gears. Pitiful.

amazing performance.
Buy this shifter after changhe my crancks from 3x9 to 2x9 and discover the old shifter don't have enough travel. The GX works flawlessly, fast and crisp shifting.
