I love this ashtray ❤️! I wanted something stylish to have next to my garden where I sit in my rocker. This works out perfectly. I love the look and the lettering and that you don’t have to look at butts. After reading reviews I found the main complaint was it gets water in it when it rains. I drilled a few holes in the bottom, placed a piece of cloth down to cover holes and filled with fine sand. Works perfectly! I can scoop out butts easily and if it does get wet the drainage holes allows for removal of water while the cloth holds my sand in. I can simply leave top opened next day to allow sand to dry out.THEN, I found a more convenient way to open lid by simply adding a knob to the top.It’s smaller than the ad would suggest which was fine with me. I really didn’t want something the size of a gallon paint can! I’d estimate this as 1 1/2 to 2 quart size. Not too big, not too small.The only thing I wish is that the pole was forked. It’s just one straight pole that goes into ground and it will be wobbly if not well seated.So because I love the look of this smoker I ordered and with a couple of minor adjustments I have the BEST ashtray I could hope for! Would definitely buy again!!

This works well for the outdoor smokers who visit my home and is not really objectionable when stuck in the shrubs by the door. It is smaller than I thought and the one downside is that it fills with water when it rains and needs to be brought in or emptied right away or it gets very nasty. I don't smoke and don't allow smoking in my house so I post this outside for family members who do (I don't approve but I am not going to judge them or put them out of my life).

The product was grossly overcharged. This is a product you could pick up at dollar tree Family Dollar for $4.99 rip off I am very disappointed it probably cost more to send it back - zero stars

Ordering my 2nd one after 3 years (paint and hingers are deteriorating). For those with a water collection issues, drill a hole in the bottom. Water drains and butts stay. Over-all this has been a great product for me.

Not what I expected…. Extremely small… and very fragile

this seemed over priced for what arrived as the connection between the stem is sort of weak and bent when inserting into the ground and then it rained and filled with water. it needs drainage holes in the bottom of it. basically the guys dont use it so ill probably just be recycling this item.

Best item I've bought on amazon. Keeps my back porch clean of cigarettes. Im going to drill a tiny hole in the bottom of it to let the water drain out when it rains. Other then that, works perfectly and good price.
