Does what it says

Bit of a faff connecting to piwer as the piwer connection is fixed. Sound quality o.k, but a bit short on volume. Playing an individual cr takes a bit of thinking about. But it is only a cheap item?

I have actually bought this product twice, but many years apart. However they both had the same, very annoying fault. Firstly, the good news the sound quality for the price is excellent and having a radio, turntable and cassettes is a fantastic plus. Now the big negative. When I unpacked it there was a sheet of paper taped to the speaker saying that constant changing of the cd is unadvisable. That reminded me of the problems years ago with the previous unit I bought. It's a 3 cd hifi system and yet after all of these years the fault still exists. Even if you leave the same 2 or 3 CDs in the unit or change them to different ones, on a very regular basis the "door fault" warning lights up very often and it won't play your cd no matter what number you press to play. You have to keep turning the unit on and off until the fault rectifies itself, this can be between 1 to 5 times. Once the cd draw was stuck half way out so I had to take the back off. I assure you I am a careful person and always gently load the CDs, I've even tried only having 2 CDs in the unit at one time but to no avail. The idea of this product and the sound quality are excellent but I won't be buying another one.

i was looking forward to this but unfortunatly however much i tried the cd player would not play all that happened that the disc just kept spinning around
