All vitamins/supplements are of course individual in terms of dosage, benefits, tolerance, etc. That said, the simple and short story for me is that I've used this exact product for at least 10 years, usually finding it in my local independent pharmacy. About a year ago it disappeared from the shelf and was replaced by a similarly named product, higher # of active bacteria, higher cost... reason being the store changed distributor, bla bla bla. So: to Amazon. The price is right, easy to order, and the product is familiar - and has thus far not harmed me and I've not had digestive issues, so I continue this as part of my daily vitamins etc. regimen. Works for me, easy buy on Amazon, delivery was fine.

I take these probiotics. They work well for my digestive system. My husband is now taking it also regulates when I go to the bathroom take no strong taste easy to swallow price is right. This is my second time ordering these probiotics so much easy to order online. No smell size is not too big. It’s small easy to swallow.

Thia small capsule works one hundred times better for me than the gummy probiotics. We eat vegetables and fruits daily, but adding in the probiotics has helped with belly bloat, easier trips to the bathroom, and improved gut health. I've also had some probiotics that cause stomach pain within 3-6 hours of taking them. I don't have that with these. I always take at night after dinner or before bed.
