This little drain pump is an Achilles' heel of this washing machine. This item is an exact fit and duplicate of the original. I think this is the second drain pump motor I've installed in the machine, but I've had this washer forever. Not putting this unit down by any means because it's the same build quality as factory, just realize it's a weak link in the design of the washing machine. But with Amazon pricing, delivered to my doorstep, and installing myself; it takes the pain out of what seems to have become a five-year ritual.

We bought it sometime ago, but it has been working flawlessly

I have lived without my washing machine for several months since my drain pump died. I could not find a replacement part anywhere and the ones that were on backorder were $165! Then my partner found this one and while they don't actually identify my washing machine model number in their specs, it looked right and their guarantee assured me that there wasn't a risk, except to my enthusiasm. Let me tell you, I ordered it on Wednesday, it arrived Friday, and literally five minutes later, my dead washing machine was alive again!!! And yes, I installed this all by myself. I cannot tell you how happy I am now.I had been absolutely miserable. I'm not good at laundromats. The last time I waited an entire month to do 12 loads and forgot two whole loads there over night. It was very stressful.This little beauty is absolutely golden. I can't believe it was this easy and fast. Take the risk, you have nothing to lose.

Bought June 2021 and it has died. No way to contact seller for replacement on 2 yr warranty…maybe this will get contact initiated?

Pump was a good replacement at a good price

Our Kitchenaid Washer gave an F02 code. I looked up the malfunction and it was recommended to replace the drain pump. I ordered this part and it arrived in less than 2 days. It was exactly what we needed. I had it changed in less than an hour and our washer was as good as new. it fit exactly as it should and came with a spare o-ring. The price was awesome and way cheaper than having a repair tech come out and fix it.

Saved us $500 plus on a repair or just replacing the whole washer. Easy fix in less than an hour. Working great for the last 6 months!

The pump was the correct fit for the Kenmore Elite HE3/4 machine we have. It should be compatible with the equivalent Whirlpool model. It has worked fine through a dozen or so washings. If you are handy, you can definitely change out as a DIY project.I can't say anything about the longevity. This will take a few years to determine. These pumps typically have a limited service life, the previous one lasted about four years and maybe 1000 loads of wash.UPDATE: After using for a few months the pump went out and I had to replace with a new one. It is poorly made in my opinion. I've reduced my stars from three to one due to this.I do like that the price point of these pumps is lower than in the past. Previously these pumps costed about 55 dollars. Now the typical prices seem to be running about 25 dollars.
