Amazon always has great prices for replacement parts. They are my go to for screens. Beats paying $60-$250 for a replacement screen and waiting days or a week before you can pick up your device. This screen was a perfect fit for this phone. We keep two older phones around so if something happens with our current phone we have a back up. The screen was busted from when my daughter had this phone and now it looks brand new. Instructions are through a QR code that pops up a video, make sure you apply the glue edge prior to connecting the screen back to the main frame. That step seems to always be missing in these instructions.

Make no mistake- as a regular person this will be the most challenging and stressful repair you will probably ever perform- but after about 4 hours of sweating and being constantly afraid, my wife and I completed the screen replacement and it’s been working perfectly for a couple of weeks since then. Our phone was an iPhone 8, and the videos from this seller are not really the best- YouTube is your friend however. Also important: our phone screen would not initially turn back on although we felt power vibrations and heard a boot tone. Finding the appropriate hard reset button sequence and performing that process did get us back up and illuminated though. I’m glad we saved the kids phone, and we immediately put the thing in a otterbox style armored case because we never want to try doing this again! Good luck, and Godspeed friends.

The media could not be loaded. Great replacement screen option. My daughter who uses it is 5 so it drops allot. Easy install everything lined up perfectly. Great response to touch. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely repurchase if need be.

garbage, immediately found the display to lack clarity. time has shown that the touch screen lacks sensitivity, responds horribly to any heat (glitchy, inputting erroneous information you never typed). I was even locked out of my phone because it went on a glitch spree and kept on inputting unlock keys I never typed until the phone locked me out.

Everything works perfectly but the box was half open and came without the screen protection

I used this to replace my broken phone screen. I’m on a strict budget and I’m a bit tech savvy/engineering-brained, though I have zero experience with fixing small electronics like iPhones.First off, there are no instructions, but there are YouTube videos and other tutorials you can follow, which is what I did. The parts are small, the process is tedious and anxiety-producing, and I considered giving up. If you have the ability, video the process as you do it, so you can look back at the tear down process as you’re putting it back together. Some of the reinstall gets confusing, mainly which screw goes where. With that said, give yourself an open desk space with good lighting, and be very particular about how you organize the pieces as you take it apart. Also, be very gentle. The small ribbon cables break very easily. The complaints people have related to things other than screen/digitizer/home button complaints are probably due to accidentally tearing one of these cables. They are incredibly fragile.If you pull this off, it is very rewarding. The screen looks great and is high quality, although it does have a slight green/blue tint compared to the original.

It works for now just got it on, now when you turn it side way it will not work.
