Not worth it and complicated to use
Doctor recommends 10ml- 15ml for Adults for long-lasting energy two or three times a day . But this oil capsule has each 0.5ml , for which I have to intake min 10 tablets a session to achieve 10ml atleast.. which is very complicated . Instead we can have oil with our food easily.. this will not be effective if it's 1.5ml for 3'times a day .
