Directions aren't on the bottle. The only information says serving size but does not indicate the frequency to take the detox. I took two a day since that was the specified serving size. So no impact.

I have been on a quest to become a healthier me for quite a while now. Before I start any new weight loss program, I like to give myself a “reset” with a good detox. I have tried many different detoxes, and many of them don’t work nearly as well as they claim. Also, some just don’t agree with me, and I end up feeling awful the entire time that I take it. My husband and I plan to start a different weight loss/fitness regime, and I have been looking for a different detox product for him. That is why I was super excited to get a chance to try this. Here are my thoughts on this product:Pros: My husband has been taking this since June 23rd, and he has stated that he is having really good results with it. It doesn’t make his stomach hurt likes laxatives and other detoxes do. These pills are very easy to swallow. I also like that he can add these to either a glass of water, or his breakfast smoothie. He has also noticed that he has been experiencing a whole lot less bloating.Cons: None so far!I received this product for FREE in exchange for my unbiased review.

3 stars because I haven't had any issues with it but personally I do no think it is helping with anything. I never use a supplement like "detox" without a food change and adding in exercise, a pill can not do it alone. I also do not think that this is harmful so 3 stars. Packaged correctly and sealed. I took this about 2 weeks and I am no longer using it as I feel there is no need to do so. I will stick with fiber and apple cider and my kyo green pills.recieved free for review.

Amazing product! I started using this two weeks ago to get ready for bikini season i feel less bloated & I've noticed that my energy levels are higher. Perfect for summer! I feel these detox elements are really working.
