Q: Does this brush work well for dry brushing your dog as well or is it only when your dog is getting bathed?

It's best when wet. You could use it dry to brush a long-haired dog, but I wouldn't suggest that since silicone products are not necessarily slick against surfaces when dry.

Q: Does this work on pugs?

You will have to do the"work," but I don't see why a pug would be different than any other dog. My dog has short hair and I scrub her with it.

Yes I used it, my first time and it works well shampooing my puppy with is Great!!

Q: Is this made with real rubber or latex free?

It definitely feels like rubber to the touch and not latex but not sure if that would suffice to verify that it is latex free. Hope this helps.
