Great value, works well
Read a ton of reviews and visited Lowe’s and Home Depot before giving this a try. $40 all in for this one seemed a better bet vs shorter or flimsier ones for more there. Very satisfied, easy assembly, long reach, easy to adjust, and a sharp blade. Seems fairly durable but we’ll have to wait and see on that. Used to cut about 6 tall palm trees and was able to do it with ease. Great purchase.

Highly recommend!
This is a very good product, it works great for trimming my palm trees. I bought a different model a few years ago, that wasn't as good. The pool is not very heavy, even when fully extended. The plastic fasteners fit tight when closed as well. I have used it multiple times, with no complaints. The pole is very durable, and a great deal for the price. Much safer than climbing high ladders!

Immediate success
At $60 it was cheaper than hiring an urban tree trimming service for the two limbs I cut successfully. Not sure how long it will hold up. It is a well made tool and lightweight enough to handle. There is considerable flexing when extended 15' to 20'. Thus to avoid over bending the aluminum pole, let gravity be the only downward force bearing against the limb. Also best to stand more directly under the limb as much as possible. When I attempted to fasten the bolt holding the saw handle to the pole I encountered resistance. So, I drilled thru the handle while it was screwed down to the pole using a bit only slightly larger than the pre-drilled hole. Afterwards I used a small file to remove leftover tiny metal turnings. Then the bolt and nut were easily attached.

Value and performance.
I recently purchased the Buyplus Manual Pruning Pole Saw, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! This tool has made tackling tree branches, both small and large, an absolute breeze. The ease of use is truly remarkable. The telescopic pole extends to reach high branches effortlessly, and the sharp saw blade made quick work of even thick limbs. I was amazed at how smoothly and cleanly it cut through branches of varying sizes. What sets this pole saw apart is its lightweight construction made extended use comfortable, and the saw's sharpness remained consistent throughout although I did use some WD40 on the blade to help out. It's evident that the makers of this tool put thought into both performance and user comfort. The Buyplus Manual Pruning Pole Saw is a must-have addition to your gardening toolkit. It's made my yard work much easier, and I can confidently give it a well-deserved 5-star rating!

Works best not fully extended.
It is the longest pole saw I could find! It worked great cutting limbs that were over my roof. I did notice the smallest diameter extension sections would bow under the weight of the extended saw. The saw works well when vertical but when lowered horizontal the weight helps the saw cut but also flexes the small diameter sections. This would then not let the two sections closest to the saw blade easily retract. After two days of use I dropped it while extended and that bent the second section. Unable to use it like that I tried to straighten it and it snapped in half. Now I have a 7 foot pole saw. I still use the saw but it’s much shorter.

Yup, this was the correct choice.
If you're reading this review, chances are, you have some branch(es) that's anywhere between 8-20 feet high, but you're not sure how high... You want to make sure you get the correct length pruner to reach it. The 14' I was seeing in the big box stores probably wasn't gonna cut it. I didn't wanna spend a benji for a 16'. And it works out, because in the end I needed the full 20', and was able to cut more than I'd even planned for as a result! This thing is extra long, sturdy, blade is sharp, and rock solid for the price. I've already saved what I would have paid an arborist to come out and trim x2 just for this evenings 20mins worth of work, so I'm happy.Don't waste anymore valuable time looking around. This is what you need!In the pics, you can see from the cuts these things were HIGH! Took a couple tries on the really high ones, but once I got my footing and rhythm with the blade, the limb came tumbling down like humpty dumpty. You can see the blade cut through them nice and smooth!

No restrictions at the end of the blade for a tight fit!!
If you’ve never cut down an invasive Bradford Pear tree you may not understand how great this saw really works for tight spaces! This saw is worth the money for sure! The only reason I didn’t make a video is because I didn’t have any help cutting this tree down! Bradford Pear trees do not produce any fruit and are useless for the tree industry! It was effortless doing the job this saw did for me! I want to absolutely THANK the manufacturer for the production of such a fine and well designed tool for the Arbor Industry!! 5 stars for sure and I give it an absolute perfect 10 stars of well controlled operation of a manual pole saw!!
