I love this product and have been buying the smaller sizes for some time. I finally decided to do the responsible thing and buy in bulk, and I regret that decision. Maybe I got a bad batch, but this does not smell like the small sizes, which have a beautiful lavender fragrance that lingers in my shower even after I'm done. This smells like plastic. It's disgusting. I'm concerned about using it because of the chemical smell. I can't believe the amount of money I spent on this.

I received the EO soap I ordered this afternoon. The box was wet on the outside and when I opened it, as you can see by the attached picture, it had leaked all over the place. It had not been put in a plastic bag and no tape had been put on the lid to keep it from coming loose, and it was loose. I love this soap and it is much too expensive to see it leaking into the box. Plus I had to clean up the mess that was all over the bottle.

This product arrived with a crack at the bottom seam of the bottle and had leaked all over the box. I was not able to use the product due to the hole being at the bottom. I was somewhat upset that in order to get a refund, I had to return a leaking product and deal with the mess instead of just being able to get rid of it. I would like to try and order it again, but other reviewers have had the same problem, so I guess I won't.
