After suffering for a few weeks with these capsules finally went to a doc. After a lot of antibiotics it's gone in a week

I am aged man 62,When I know I am at risk of UTI, I take 2 daily with glass of water and whole day drink lots of water. This routine has massively improved what used to be a very painful and frustrating problem for me. I do believe that allowing these to take effect in the bladder at concentrate THEN flushing through with lots of water is key for getting rid of UTIs. I had previously been using diluted D-Mannose syrup with lots of water and it was not so effective. However, I take these preventatively so the UTI never becomes a full blown problem - I’m not sure how these might work with treating a bad UTI.
