Outstanding Customer Service
This order was set to arrive at the same time I was moving into a new home. Because I used my old address instead of the new one, the original delivery never made it to me. I contacted the seller and let them know I never got my order and asked if they could re-send it to me. Iggy responded with a very positive and helpful mindset, and got the replacement order to me VERY quickly. The custom ID badges I ordered are GREAT! They are EXACTLY what I expected and hoped for! Badge/Lanyards
The product I ordered came in a timely manner, the lanyards and badges were well packed and looked great! I ordered badges for greeters and ushers in our church with a two colored branding as well as two different background colors. The color palette was true to the shade selected, and overall wouldn't change a thing. Because of my experience I will be ordering more for our kids ministry. it’s fun, super easy to customize!
I represent 4 a non-profit, Reading To Kids. W/enormous help from volunteers, we spend Saturdays @ inner city schools, read to kids, donate books 2 school libraries, create child-centered crafts to go along with age-appropriate book/theme we’re presenting. The munchkins go home with a book, the craft they made, & they’re another step closer towards enhanced literacy. I also work community outreach 2 promote our Saturday programs. I love my ID card. It’s exactly as I designed it. I will order again. Good quality. I love that my print & our logo is 2-sided. I cd absolutely do the bright pink leopard print lanyard situation, but right now I’m liking the alligator clip accessory.
