Artery meter does not read the battery life correctly.
I bought these for our 2013 club car golf carts and had high hope that these would work for our carts. After wiring these battery meter gauges correctly like the paper that came with them illustrated, the gauges would not and still do not read the battery life correctly.Full is still full battery life (100% battery life remaining) but it would only go down to half way (showing 50% battery life remaining) but would actually be 0% battery life remaining and the carts would then be dead and have to be picked up by a trailer (if not close to a outlet which happened) or pushed to a house or restaurant with outlets out front (which as also happened).I even tried wiring it sever different ways (using the extra wiring already supplied in the dash for accessories, hard wired directly to the battery’s and checked it with volt meter to make sure we were doing it correctly with no luck. The carts would then only drop 2 notches showin 80% battery life remaining when actually it would be 0% and would need to recharge to get back to the charge so I rewired it back like we first did like the illustrated so at least we would know that at half way on the meter means it is about to die and would need to be recharged.I’m going to have to buy a new battery meter gauge from another brand to see if it will work.

This product is worthless.
This thing is useless. First of all, when I bought it, the ad showed all the leds light indicating full charged batteries. This suggested that as the battery discharged, one by one the leds would go out. (The seller claims to have changed the misleading ad after I complained to about it.)Not so. Only one led on the far right is lit indicating full charge. And even after extended use of the Colf cart the far right led is still the only one lit even though the cart's performance clearly indicates it needs to be charged. Do not waste your money on this crap.

Never worked correctly. Quit working after 4 months.
I have a 48 volt golf cart. I installed the meter per the instructions. It showed full no matter if I reset it or not. I would feel the batteries losing charge when I drove, and it would go down one bar before the batteries were dead. I tried resetting multiple times with no luck. Finally, after four months of use it died. It literally stopped working and is now a dead square in the middle of my dash. I do not recommend this item.

Installed it per the instructions worked the first time. charged the batteries and it still shows the same run down indicator as before the recharge. tried running it down more and leaving switch in on position for 6 min of charge as recommended in the comments and no change at all in the reading. One hit wonder. only work once.... Would not recommend this purchase....

Being an electrician trainee I was concerned about the LED light being on for 5-6 days while not using my golf cart and draining the battery, So I installed a switch just for my own satisfaction. Turn it on to check the charge every Fri. No issues so far, works great

JUNK
Should be able to rate 0 stars. I don't know why I even to the chance. Like the other reviews say, it's junk. Batteries died on golf cart and meter said 50% left. Once I parked it I unplugged meter and reconnected. Now somehow my drained batteries are showing full charge on meter. What a joke. Remove your product from existence!!
