Quality product that works for reeding gums.
Fantastic. Doesn't hurt but does the job. Really gets to areas that you can't get to by flossing. If you have receding gums, this is for you. Our dentist gave us a coupon for the exact same product and Amazon beat that price by far. More importantly, my husband's gums have improved quite a bit. There's a little bit of upkeep required (cleaning, etc.) but worth the effort.

Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser
TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power. Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time. ----------------------------------------- I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today. Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!!

3 years of daily use, no issues.
3 years of daily use and it works great. Replace the brushes and keep it clean. Combination of water jet and brushing does a great job keeping my gums and teeth clean healthy. Easy to use and consistent results. I add mouthwash to the water in the reservoir or hydrogen peroxide. Much better at getting under crowns and between teeth than floss or a toothbrush. Happy with the purchase.

Great while it lasted
I love my electric toothbrush, but after one year of use, the water flosser suddenly stopped working this morning. I expected it would last longer. I'm sad to see it go, but not certain I'd make the same purchase. Recommendations?

Convenient All In One Brushing And Flossing
I picked up the Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 because I wanted to simplify my bathroom counter and it has done exactly that. Having a full electric toothbrush and water flosser in one unit makes my routine a lot easier. The brush itself feels similar to a good sonic toothbrush, with strong vibrations and different modes so I can pick what feels best. When I press the button to add the water flossing, I can feel it flushing around and between my teeth in a way that regular brushing never did. The water pressure is adjustable, which helps a lot if you have sensitive gums. I started on the lower settings and worked my way up as I got used to it. The reservoir holds enough water for a good cleaning and the handle is not too bulky even with the hose attached. It is a little louder than a basic electric toothbrush and there is a small learning curve to avoid splashing at first, but after a few uses it becomes second nature. If you like the idea of combining brushing and flossing in one step and want something more powerful than string floss, this combo unit is a very solid choice.

It does two things really well.
I purchased this to reclaim some space and reduce the amount of plugged in devices around my bathroom sink. I already had a separate electric toothbrush and water pick which I loved and now I have one device that does both which I love even more. I like that it has a very small footprint and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. I also like that the water tube coil thing rotates in the socket 360 degrees, so it never gets tangled and goes right back into position after each use. Cleaning-wise, I feel like my mouth has never been cleaner. I love that I can just fill the reservoir and go from brushing to water flossing with the push of a button. The various adjustable speeds on the brush and the water jet should be suitable for anyone's tastes. Finally it's easy to keep clean than a standard toothbrush because the water flossing helps rinse away all the toothpaste residue which sometimes gets left behind. While it's a bit pricey, it ticks off so many boxes for me in terms of convenience and performance.

100% better than a toothbrush!
My dentist suggested I invest in this so I purchased it. Works great but it does take some getting used to as there are flossing and brushing options as well as settings. It's so much better than a regular toothbrush. I highly recommend it!

Love it but beware of black mold! (And how to avoid it)
Love being able to brush and floss at the same time. My teeth have never been cleaner. But beware of black mold that occurs due to a design flaw in my opinion. The bottom of the toothbrush has an open “crack” or ring around the outer edge. When you set the toothbrush on the charger, water and anything else on your toothbrush drops down and is sucked up into this crack. You cannot access or clean this crack, so if it happens, you cannot clean it. There are two other places mold can form. Under the water tank if you leave the tank in place after brushing. This location can be cleaned. On the brush handle under the plastic cover over the buttons. If this happens, it can’t be cleaned. (See pictures attached showing bottom of toothbrush and circular “crack” around the outside. See pictures attached showing of brush taken apart; all the black specks are black mold. Once you take the brush head apart, the brush is ruined. The only reason to do it is to dispose of the battery. There is no way to clean the mold once it gets in there. The purpose of the “crack” is solely assembly for the battery etc). Do I have mold already? - take the hose off the bottom of your brush. Tap the bottom of the brush many times into your sink. If you see black specks come out, you have black mold and need to check your warranty or dispose of it. If yellowish “gunk” comes out, you just have a dirty toothbrush. Keep tapping until it stops and run under hot water. Ok to keep using. How to avoid mold: - Do not add mouth wash into your water. Waterpik’s instructions say you can but the mouth wash has artificial sweetener in it that probably is what feeds the mold. My wife and I bought sonic fusions at the same time and she kept here’s cleaner but got black mold. The only difference is she had started adding moth wash a few months prior. - rinse until with white vinegar solution periodically as per instructions. But note that this alone will not prevent the problem. Note one of my pictures that shows where the hose connects to the bottom of the toothbrush. The video what cleaning only cleans the water tank, the inside of the hose, and the inside of the brush. It never goes to the outer circular “crack”. That crack area has no way of being cleaned. - keep a hand towel next to your sonic fusion at all times. After you brush your teeth, DO NOT put brush on recharging base. Instead, wipe it off and lay the brush sideways on the towel. Now take the water tank, empty any unused water, and place it upside down in the hand towel. You only need to charge the brush head weekly or less anytime after it has had time to thoroughly dry. - wipe out the area under the water tank periodically. Otherwise, it will always be a little wet and can grow mold.
